1. Introduction
Welcome to Orderly. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Orderly's software, including our Point of Sale (POS) systems, QR ordering platforms, and associated services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. Our commitment is to provide the Balkan hospitality market with professional, stable, and efficient digital tools.
2. Use of Service
POS Systems
Our digital POS is designed for high-frequency restaurant environments, providing real-time synchronization between front-of-house and kitchen operations.
QR Ordering
We provide secure, contactless ordering interfaces that allow customers to view menus and place orders directly from their mobile devices.
3. User Obligations
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at contact@orderly.mk. Each account is associated with a business entity. Multiple staff users can be added under a single business account.
Specifically for our partners in North Macedonia and across the Balkan region: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Orderly complies with local fiscal laws, tax reporting requirements, and consumer protection regulations in your specific jurisdiction.
We do not take any kind of responsibility for not fiscalized products.
We do not provide legal or tax advice.
4. Subscription & Payment
Access to certain features of the Service requires a valid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (monthly or annually).

5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Orderly Adriatic and its licensors. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Orderly.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orderly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform
- • Interfere with or disrupt platform infrastructure
- • Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- • Use the platform to process transactions in violation of applicable tax law
8. Fiscal Compliance
Orderly provides fiscal printing functionality designed to assist with tax compliance in North Macedonia and other supported regions. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable tax and fiscal regulations in your jurisdiction. We do not provide legal or tax advice.
9. Data and Privacy
Your use of Orderly is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at orderly.mk. By using the platform, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms with prior notice.
All software, design, trademarks, and content comprising the Orderly platform are the property of Orderly or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
